Tranquilidad y relajación

Me gustó la tranquilidad del lugar, la ubicación y el personal fue muy agradable.

No me gustó que por algún motivo la cama olía a pipí y me tuve que cambiar de cama fuera de eso me pareció un lugar placentero y regresaria

La casa es agradable y el personal que atiende es muy amable. Podrían mejorar en el mantenimiento.

La habitación cuenta con suficiente espacio, es muy agradable!!!

Definitivamente es un hotel boutique, el control que tiene en cada huésped, acceso, tranquilidad y seguridad las 24hrs. Es un maravilloso lugar para relajación dada su ubicación, cerca del puerto de Huatulco y de restaurantes. Felicito a todos las personas que laboran allí y hacen una experiencia a cada huésped.

Es como estar en una casa... Y no en hotel, es muy tranquilo para descansar...

Un poco descuidado y con pocas amenidades, sin restaurante se tiene que salir para ir a comprar algo aún que tiene refrigerador y cocina para poder tener a la mano.

Excellent séjour d'une semaine dans ce bel hôtel de standing, confortable, esthétique et très bien entretenu. Tout est parfait : accueil, professionalisme et amabilité du personnel qui est vraiment charmant, hôtel spacieux avec jardin et piscine, cuisine à disposition très bien équipée, et petite touche d'attention avec café et eau à volonté. Chambre très spacieuse, propreté impeccable, literie de qualité, climatisation et petite terrasse individuelle. Le point fort de cet hôtel : le calme. Étant idéalement situé dans une petite rue peu passante, à quelques minutes à pied de la plage de Santa Cruz, des restaurants et des commerces. Magnifique souvenir. A recommander sans hésitation.

« Le personnel est juste incroyable! »

Le personnel est juste incroyable! Araceli a été formidable avec nous, elle vit aussi à l'hôtel, du coup elle était dans les parages à tout moment. La chambre était énorme, notre terrasse donnait à la piscine, hôtel très petit (5 chambres) donc très calme. À 5 minutes à pied du centre ville de Santa Cruz et sa plage. L'hôtel met à disposition des clients une cuisine toute équipée, du coup pratique pour faire à manger quand on veut pas sortir en ville. Par contre un petit frigo dans la chambre serait apprécié pour les boisons ou quand on veut pas sortir à la cuisine. La piscine est d'une taille normale pour 5 chambres, toujours très propre. Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour. Un abrazo a Blackie, me robó el corazón!

L'hôtel est propre mais à besoin d'un bon rafraîchissement, tout à l'intérieur des chambres (en tout cas de la notre) était très vieux, et ça casse un peu l'ambiance de l'hôtel qui était auparavant un spa.

Ein Platz zum die nassen Badesachen zu trocknen würde das Hotel noch mehr aufwerten, aber das ist das einzige was noch verbesserungswürdig ist.

„Für den Preis unschlagbar!

Sehr nettes und freundliches Personal, obwohl sie nur Spanisch sprechen. Sehr nette und ruhige Lage mit Schwimmbad. Das Zimmer war etwas 'Basic', aber für den Preis kann man sich echt nicht beschweren!

Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert aber war sehr laut - hat Nachts ein bisschen gestört.

Abgeschieden von dem Rummel im Centrum Huatulcos, sehr sicher, sehr freundliche Gastwirte, eher eine kleine Familienpension als ein Hotel, sehr nette und gepflegte kleine Anlage, ein fast privater Pool, alles sehr großzügig, späte Ankunft war kein Problem! Wer Ruhe und etwas Abgeschiedenheit sucht ein idealer Ort!

This is an excellent small hotel(6 units) for a relaxing stay, in a very good location.

The location was great. Quiet and out of the way but less than 10 min to the restaurant and bar locations. It is also only 7-8 min walk to a very nice beach. The hotel had a great shared kitchen area and a very nice pool. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The internet was spotty. They are aware and working to resolve.

We hope to return for a longer stay...we only had one week here.

We loved this quirky little property. The overall design was very pleasing. Our room had an amazing domed ceiling and a lovely tile and stone floor. The exterior concrete walkways and paths were beautifully finished, as well. The pool was cool and clean. The kitchen was very convenient with everything needed to prepare meals and snacks, including some communal condiments. The coffee was always on. The staff were friendly, helpful and readily available. There was a mix of short term and long term guests. A lovely choice.

I wouldn’t change a thing.

Definitely not a 5*

This definitely is not a 5* hotel as advertised - at the most is a 2*. The bathroom was dirty, the floors were cracked and the sink was falling off the wall. The room was filled with ants, the towels and bedsheets were dirty.

Margarita and Cathy made the shortcomings of the rooms a lot more tolerable. They were both cheerful

They had a very good kitchen to use and the area was quiet at night

No seating area as described, no towel hooks or bar even when requested, no fan in room but requested one on 3rd day and got a floor model and the pool had a very steep step to get into it which was dangerous. Our closet had water damage and smelled extremely musty

Little gem

It was cheap and close to the airport. There are shared kitchen facilities and an outdoor pool which is open till 10pm

Bathroom had musty smell. Check in was between 15:00 and 16:00. Considering that it was a last minute booking and the taxi driver didn't know the way it was a rush to get there within the allotted time.
